ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, i) Declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent, the Station House Officer, Gannavaram Police Station, Krishna District in not registering an FIR on the petitioners complaint dated 15-09-2025, despite severe allegations of caste abuse, extortion, criminal intimidation, and cyber fraud, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of Articles 14, 15, and 21 of the Constitution of India- (ii) To direct the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent, to forthwith register an FIR on the complaint dated 15-09-2025, investigate the same strictly in accordance with law, and initiate proceedings under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 (iii)To direct the 3rd respondent. 2. Heard Sri Jayamangala Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that two crimes have been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.112 of 2025 under Sections 318 (4) of BNS & 66D of IT Act 2000-2008 of Rayadurg P.S., Anantapur District and Cr.No.140 of 2025 under Section 318 (4) & 336 (3) of BNS of Gudiwada I Town Police Station, Krishna District. He would further submit that in the case in Cr.No.112 of 2025, the petitioner was arrested and

sent for judicial remand. He would further submit that only to overcome the said cases, the petitioner has given a false complaint dated 15.09.2025 which was sent through post. He did not turn up to the police station. He would further submit that on enquiry, it is found that there is truth in the complaint made by the petitioner and that is why, the police have not registered any crime on the complaint made by the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
