JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 10/10/2025 Present bail cancellation application has been filed against the order dated 15.06.2021, whereby the respondent No. 2 has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the bail of the respondent No.2 was allowed on ground that co-accused was granted bail. It is further submitted that the respondent No.2 had filed a bail application before the District as well before the High Court and when the same was allowed by the learned Trial Court, respondent No.2 had withdrew the same from the High Court and the fact qua filing of bail application before the High Court was suppresses from the learned Trial Court. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the fact that present bail cancellation application is filed in the Year 2022, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present bail cancellation application.
