The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 304(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Archana Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. On 24.05.2025 at about 2:30 P.M., three unknown persons on scooty snatched the chain of the informant’s son from New Madhukom Road, Ratu Road, Ranchi. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about six months. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has been identified as one of the accused in CCTV camera, which was installed at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that petitioner is accused as many as three cases of similar nature. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
