BAJANTHRI) 4 15-05-2025 With the consent of the respective counsels for the parties, matter is taken up for final disposal on the score that the present LPA is squarely covered by earlier Co-ordinate Bench decision in the case of Suresh Ram vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Patna High Court L.P.A No.277 of 2022(4) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 passed in LPA No. 134 of 2022 dated 18.01.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents on instruction submitted that the present LPA is similar to that of Co-ordinate Bench decision cited (supra). Accordingly, the present LPA No. 277 of 2022 stands allowed. Order of learned Single dated 22.03.2022 stands set aside. Whatever the consequential benefits extended to Suresh Ram, the same shall enure to the benefits of present appellants. 3.
