Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 86/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 109, 132/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prashant Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XXIII, Ranchi.
3. On 09.06.2025 at about 11:00 A.M., the informant who is a traffic constable, was attending his duty at Kathal More Chowk, Ranchi. A Tempo driver was stopped for rash driving. It is alleged that 3-4 unknown persons also came there and started abusing the informant and other constables on duty. One co-accused also struck another constable Rohit Kumar Singh by brick causing him injury.
4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that injured has sustained simple injury. It was also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class- XXIII, Ranchi in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 86/2025.
