The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 317(5), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. On 19.08.2025, Cyber Police Giridih, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near Gandey Dakbangla Main Road, Maniadih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner. On search, 3 mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that mobile phone recovered from possession of this petitioner was used in cheating him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S.
