PETA GNANA TEJA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more je nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 to 4 herein in taking disciplinary action against the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 herein for adopting illegal methods of foisting a false criminal case and causing huge monetary loss to the tune of Rs. 6,00,000/- , inspite of the written complaint dt 25-7-2022, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and colourable exercise of powers and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 herein to initiate departmental action against the respondent Nos. 5 to 7 in accordance with Law, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard Sri G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent No.4 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
