Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner is an Advocate and the third respondent is the District Public Prosecutor of Mayiladuthurai District. It is stated that the third respondent is facing charges nearly 17 cases. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking action against the third respondent. However, if the petitioner has any grievance as against the third respondent, who is a Public Prosecutor, the petitioner can file a complaint before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu as the allegations pertain to professional misconduct and ethics.
