1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 06.06.2025 issued by the Respondent No. 3 whereby the SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.08.26 18:00:53 +0530
2 petitioner who is Assistant Teacher (LB) has been posted at Govt. Primary School, Chhuripat, Block- Mainpat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though in compliance of the order dated 06.06.2025 (Annexure-P/1), the petitioner has joined at his place of posting on 13.06.2025, however, considering his difficulties, he made his representation before the concerned authority on 12.06.2025 but till date his representation has not been decided. Therefore, the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/ Bank would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is being given to the Respondent No. 3 to take the decision on the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.06.2025, if already not decided.
4. Considering the limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure-P/5) as early as possible in accordance with the existing rationalization instructions and the applicable rules and circulars of the State Government. The Respondent No. 3 shall also kept in consideration that the petitioner has already joined at his place of posting on 13.06.2025.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order to the Respondent No. 3 within two weeks from today.
