Heard Mr. N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court passed the following order on 22.11.2025. “Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue is directed to get instructions in this matter. 5 List after two weeks. Respondents are directed not to interfere and not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property, for a period of four weeks.” 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, basing on the instructions, has submitted that the respondents initially proposed to issue house site pattas to the eligible beneficiaries in the above stated land, but subsequently as the lands are sub-merged lands, they have dropped the said proposal and hence pattas were not issued to any person. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that by recording the said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be closed. 6. In view of the same, by recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
