C) From the date of punishment order dated 01.12.2017 no benefit will be extended to the petitioner (including Financial benefit) till next three years (Annexure-7). D) Be further please to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondents to pay the 20% increase in honorarium from the date 01.04.2018 and further be pleased to direct the respondents to pay salary/honorarium of the period releasing from Giridih i.e. 06.07.2017 to new place of posting in Godda dated 29.01.2018 and release the arrear amount of salary/honorarium which the petitioner is legally entitled.” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Learned counsel representing the respondent – Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC), while relying on the counter affidavit, submits that the petitioner has already been terminated from service, since he was absent from 28.11.2019. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service, none of the prayer made in this writ petition can be entertained. 5. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by his order of termination, he is at liberty to challenge the same by filing a separate writ petition. So far as the salary for the period, which he had worked, if the same is due, the same should be paid by the respondents, with a period of eight weeks, if not already paid. If the amount has already been paid, the details should be furnished to the petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
