Neutral Citation No. (2025:JHHC:33511) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 4669 of 2025 Babulal Rajwar, aged about 23 years, son of Dharmdev Rajwar, resident of village- Manjhiaon, P.O. & P.S.- Bardiha, District- Garhwa. … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Sabyasanchi, Advocate For the State : Mr. V. S. Sahay, A.P.P. --- 04/10.11.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bardiha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Sanichari @ Basanti Devi, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. Attention has been drawn towards paragraph-19 of the case diary, from which it appears that deceased earlier also had attempted to commit suicide by jumping into a well, due to a dispute with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, in connection with Bardiha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 10th November, 2025 Jay/-
