2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Mayurhund P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 103(1), 351(3), 353, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Edith Horo, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra.
3. On 21.12.2024, there was some altercation between the informant party and the accused persons. It is alleged that co-accused Suresh Yadav after assaulting Piyush Kumar Pandey, submerged him into Barakar River, due to which, he died.
4. It was submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against the petitioners. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Saryu Yadav has been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Edith Horo, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Mayurhund P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024.
