The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G(f) Case No.930 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 33 and 52 of Indian Forest Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the owner nor the owner of the tractor in question and the allegation is made that two tons of coal was being loaded on the said tractor. He submits that only on suspicion the name of the petitioner was provided in the offence report and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come on suspicion.
5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion and the petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the tractor in question and further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with G(f) Case No.930 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
