Learned advocate for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order dated 12th December, 2024 of a Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s). 36321 of 2024, which has been dismissed. This Court on 06.12.2024 adjourned the writ petition as it was pointed out by the private respondent appearing in person that a Special Leave Petition is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Since the writ petition was preferred for quantification of the cost pursuant to the directions passed by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas, the police authorities would quantify the cost and inform the State Bank of India immediately, until and unless the police authorities have in their custody any interim order passed by the Tribunal.
