Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 and the private respondents have a dispute for which civil suit is pending before the jurisdictional Civil Court being Civil Suit No. 28 of 2020. Police report also reflects a long standing land dispute is existing. Petitioner no. 2 feels insecure because of the inconveniences she is being faced with as she is a working lady. In view of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner no. 2, in case any complaint is lodged for on behalf of the petitioner no. 2, police authorities would ensure that she is not faced with 2 any inconveniences and also ensure regarding her safety and security. With the aforesaid observations WPA 22284 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
