The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daltonganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 45/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(d), 74, 126(2), 127(2) r/w 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. The petitioner is counsellor of Vikash International Balika Grih, Panchwati Nagar, Daltonganj. It is alleged that she had sent two of the residents of that Balika Grih to the house of one Dadaji who is the Secretary of Balika Grih. Dadaji is alleged to have raped both the victims. 4. Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had no role in this case except the fact that she had assigned duty to the victims in the house of the secretary. 5. Mr. Achinto Sen, learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons were having fiduciary relationship with the victims, but despite of that, they had connived to subject the victims to sexual abuse. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
