The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1363 of 2025, S.T. Case No.276 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1) & 85 of the B.N.S and Sections 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the court of Shri Onkar Nath Choudhary, learned A.D.J.-IV, Hazaribagh. Wife of Ajay Kumar namely Munita Kumari was found murdered near Rani Talab, Barkagaon. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Onkar Nath Choudhary, learned A.D.J.-IV, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
