The Court made the following Order: Heard Mr. K Sri Sai Sanjay, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice, none entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S No.320 of 2020 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupati, is that the application i.e., I.A No.130 of 2025 filed under Order XVI Rule 10 of Code of Civil Procedure is not taken up for consideration for disposal. 3. The said suit is filed by the petitioner herein, seeking decree by declaring her as the only legally wedded wife of Late C.Rama Moorthi @ C.Rama Moorthy and she alone is eligible to claim and receive all benefits etc., of Late Chakana Rama Moorthi. 4. Considering the submission that the plaintiff is aged about 78 years and the innocuous relief sought for is disposal of the suit which was filed in the year 2020, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Revision Petition providing that the learned IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupati, shall make endeavor to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
