Heard Ms.P.Vijaya, learned counsel representing Sri V.VenkataSubbaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that on the complaint made by the SmtUpplapati Sunila-5th respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.744 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Section 329(3), 324 (4), 351(2) of BNS. He would further submit that petitioners were called to the police station only for the purpose of investigation relating to the subject crime. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the submissions, the court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding to the crime which is registered against the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
