Police Station- Jhunsi, District Prayagraj. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in the light of observation made by learned Single Judge in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No.2484 of 2025 (Salik Ram Yadav and another vs. State of U.P. and Another), order dated 02.04.2025, the petitioners may be accorded leave to press the bail before the Trial Court and the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may approach the Trial Court praying for bail. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
