Case No. 45 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 66BC,84C of the I.T. Act, 2000, pending in the Court of Miss Jyotsna Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. On 24.06.2024, Satgawan police on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at place near village Marchoi, Satgawan, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones and e-gadget were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was not arrested at spot. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of apprehended co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Jyotsna Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Satgawan P.S.
