The order dated 23.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3272 of 2025 in Cr.No.322 of 2025 of GRP Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner/Accused No.1 is hereby modified as under: i.
