IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK BLAPL No.6251 of 2025 Sinu Beero … Petitioner Mr. M. Padhy, Advocate -versus- State of Orissa … Opp. Party Mr. P. Satpathy, Addl. PP CORAM: JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 16.07.2025 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Mr. Manoranjan Padhy, learned counsel for the petitioner while being confronted with regard to the earlier order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in BLAPL No.8620 of 2024, he candidly admits that the bail is pre-mature, since in such order this Court has observed inter alia the following in paragraphs 18 and 19 which reads as under:- “18. The learned trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to complete the trial within a period of six months, if there is no other impediment. 19. It is open to the petitioners to move the learned trial Court for bail afresh in case there is undue delay in completion of the trial.” 3. In the aforesaid situation, when this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion, Mr. Padhy prays to not press the bail application. 4. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands disposed of as not pressed. (G. Satapathy) Judge Jayakrushna
