Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (Cyber) PS Case No.37 of 2020, for offence registered under sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending before learned Additional Sessions Judge II Cum Special Judge Cyber Crime, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Jabir Ansari has been arrested and he has taken the name of five of the co-accused including the name of the petitioner and apart from that, there is nothing against the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition. He then submits that the co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4068 of 2021. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that name of petitioner has come on confessional statement and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition as well as the co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4068 of 2021, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II Cum Special Judge Cyber Crime, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Cyber) PS Case No.37 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
