The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner owns a property in Gudiyatham, Vellore District and claims to have been in possession of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12177 of 2025 adjacent government poramboke land (measuring 425 sq. ft.) for over 50 years. In 2014, the learned District Muniff Court, Gudiyatham vide order dated 25.06.2014 in O.S.No.269/2013, granted a permanent injunction in favour of the petitioner, restraining the respondents from interfering with petitioner's possession of the said poramboke land. Despite this, the respondents are attempting to lay paver blocks and make constructions on the land. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation before the first and fourth respondents on 28.02.2025, but no action has been taken. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2025. 4. Heard both sides and perused the records. 5.
