2/19.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daltonganj Town (Mahila) P.S. Case No.12 of 2025, registered under Sections 65(1), 351(2), of B.N.S., and Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge (POCSO), Palamau at Daltonganj.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and there is some dispute with regard to the coaching institute, in which, the petitioner is the director. In view of that, false allegation has been made, as such, petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there is serious allegation against the petitioner of establishing relationship forcefully with the daughter of the informant, who is minor.
5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of entering into the room of

the daughter of the informant and establishing relationship forcefully, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected and
disposed of.
