This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/respondent under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 05.02.201 in M.C.No.05 of 2008 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati (for short, ‘the trial Court’), whereby the trial Court partly allowed the petition filed by the 1st respondent herein under section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking for maintenance. 2. The present revision case has been filed challenging the order dated 05.02.2011 passed in M.C.No.05 of 2008, which directed the payment of maintenance of Rs.1,000/- per month to the 1st respondent/wife from the date of petition. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the morning as well as in the afternoon sessions despite listing the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’. It seems that the petitioner is not showing any interest to prosecute the revision. 4.
