Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:56583 Court No. - 10 Case :- WRIT TAX No. - 1654 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Asre Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kuldeep Mishra,Maksood Ahmad,Mohd. Afzal Ansari,Naman Agrawal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the against the cancellation of the registration of the petitioner, an appeal has been filed, which is still pending and therefore, the prayer made for restoration of the registration of the petitioner cannot be accepted at this stage. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the instant writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, dismissal of the writ petition will not preclude the petitioner from availing any remedy as available to him under the law.
