Heard Sri T.V.V.Koteswararao, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent failed to comply the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail and the prosecution is not taking appropriate steps for cancellation of bail granted to the 3rd respondent. 4. A perusal of the material on record would show that the 3rd respondent herein was granted bail in Crl.P.No.5118 of 2022 by this Court by imposing certain conditions. The grievance of the petitioner herein is that Dr.VJP,J W.P.No.27688 of 2022 the 3rd respondent failed to comply the said conditions and that the prosecution is not taking steps for cancellation of bail granted to the 3rd respondent. Admittedly, the petitioner herein is the complainant who is the wife of 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent was granted bail with certain conditions and it is specifically directed that any of the above conditions were not complied by the 3rd respondent, the prosecution is at liberty to move appropriate application for cancellation of bail. However, there is no such non compliance of the condition reported by the prosecution for moving application for cancellation of bail. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
