The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent No. 2, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to release the dues payable tot he petitioner along with interest, in the interest of justice. (iii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit be granted.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 3 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
