The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Deputy Director of Consolidation Jaunpur/ respondent no.3 to decide the reference No. 44/23-24 under Section 48 (3) of U.P.C.H. Act (Manoj Singh and others Vs. State) pending before him within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that reference case under Section 48 (3) of the U.P.C.H. Act is pending before respondent no.3 in respect to Gaon Sabha land, as such, appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of aforementioned case. 4.
