FIR in Cr.No.227/2025 is registered at Mandya Rural Police Station, Mandya, against three named accused and three others for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. Petitioner is arraigned as accused No.3 in the FIR. 4. It is alleged that on 18.6.2025 at about 4.50 a.m., near Lemon Grass Hotel, Mandya express way service road, Hosabudanuru village, Mandya Taluk, the accused have robbed a cash of Rs.600/- from the first informant-Brahma R., who was proceeding on his scooter bearing registration No.KA-05- QJ-3432 along with his friend Ravi and took away the scooter key, documents, pan card etc. 5. Three of the accused including the petitioner were apprehended on the same night by the police. The robbed articles were recovered. It is submitted that there is no - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33200 CRL.P No. 11540 of 2025 recovery made from the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody from 18.6.2025. He is aged 19 years. He has no criminal antecedents. Investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed. He has been interrogated and not required for further interrogation. 6. In the above facts and circumstances, by imposing stringent conditions, petitioner can be released on bail. Accordingly, the following: ORDER I. Petition is allowed. II. Petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No. 227/2025 of Mandya Rural Police Station, Mandya, shall be enlarged on bail, subject to following conditions: 1. He shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only), with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33200 CRL.P No. 11540 of 2025 2. He shall furnish his residential address and shall inform the Court, if there is change in the address. 3. He shall not directly or indirectly tamper with the prosecution witnesses. 4. He shall not indulge himself in committing any offence. 5. He shall appear before the trial Court regularly on all dates of hearing. 6. He shall mark his attendance at Mandya Rural police station on every Sunday between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm for a period of 3 months. Violation of condition/s shall result in cancellation of bail.
