Mr. Rajiv Kumar Karan, learned counsel for the appellants/claimants, Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company along with Mr. Rana Anand Ranjan, Deputy Manager, M/s Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., are present before us. 2. It has been submitted that both sides sat together and sorted out the matter amicably and it has been agreed that, over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide award dated 30.05.2024, a further (lump sum) amount of Rs. 2.5 lakh has to be paid by the Insurance Company to the appellants/claimants and the Insurance Company agreed that the said amount shall be transferred to the account of the concerned Tribunal within 45 days. 3. Needless to say that the tribunal after due verification, shall make the payment to the claimants as per award dated 30.05.2024. 4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present appeal, being M.A. No. 326 of 2024, is hereby disposed of. ……………………………. ……………………….............
