This fact is confirmed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. 4. In this view of the matter, no further consideration is necessary in this Writ Petition. 5. However, it is clarified that the restoration of the power connection is strictly subject to the final outcome in W.P.No.30419 of 2025. The Writ Petitioner herein shall not claim equities in any manner on the basis of restoration of the present power connection. 6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
