JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 22/01/2025 The instant application has been filed pointed out by registry under Section 403 of B.N.S.S, 2023. Learned counsel for the respondent/applicant has averred that the instant application has been filed to recall the order dated 19.09.2024 (Annexure-16) wherein in an ex-parte manner, [2025:RJ-JP:3205] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-29/2025] directions were passed for speedy and expeditious disposal of Application No.262/2021, filed under Section 125 of Cr. P.C. On perusal of above mentioned order, it is analyzed that apart from the directions of deciding application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., expeditiously/ within the stipulated period of 45 days, no other directions were made. Hence, this Court finds no relevant and substantial grounds for recalling of order dated 19.09.2024. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed. (SAMEER JAIN),J JKP/235
