1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner from the respondents. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting aside/quashing the impugned 11.10.2023 (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue at Forest Range Khadgawan, Forest Division, Korea, District-Korea (C.G.). 10.3 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
