Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj whereby the the District Magistrate has nominated the respondent no.3 as the officiating Prahdan of the village Panchayat Baghera, Tehsil Tanda, District Praayagraj. 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16.04.2025, instructions dated 06.05.2025 is placed before this Court, is taken on record. 3. According to the aforesaid instructions, pre-election has already been conducted in respect of Gram Pradhan in question in which Smt. Rita Devi alias Ritu wife of Pawan Kumar was elected. 4. After going to the aforesaid, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that present writ petition has become infructuous. 5.
