The present intra Court appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.2885 of 2018 (Diksha Soni v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others), whereby the learned Single Judge while disposing off the writ petition filed by the petitioner directed the respondents authorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3. At the very out set, Mr. Rajeev Shrivastava, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant submitted that they have already complied with the direction issued by the writ Court vide impugned order and have considered and decided the representation of the writ petitioner / respondent No.1 herein and communicated the same to her letter dated 05.08.2025 as such, he wants to withdraw the instant writ appeal. 4.
