to enhance the monthly maintenance. By impugned order dated 18.09.2018, the learned trial Court allowed the enhancement of maintenance amount by recording certain reasons. Against the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the present revision. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the petition, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have attained majority, and accordingly, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter further. 5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE T. MALLIKARJUNA RAO
