Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 200 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. It was submitted that a country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2025. 4. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
