GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: [[ This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “ … to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 for continuously calling the petitioner to the police station without any reasonable cause or pending any criminal case against the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violations of Criminal Procedure Code and Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and and to pass such”. 2. Heard Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and un-official respondent. 3 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Police are calling the petitioners to the police station for the purpose of enquiry and are not interfering in civil disputes between the parties. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in civil disputes between the parties except due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
