Learned counsel for respondent - LIC on instructions submits that similar controversy has been settled against petitioners by a judgment passed by Single Bench in Atam Prakash Pratap Singh vs. LIC of India through its Chairman and others, Writ A No. 51426/2012 decided on 22.09.2021 and a judgment passed by Division Bench in Atam Prakash Pratap Singh vs. LIC of India through its Chairman and others, 2023:AHC:101799-DB and he prays that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of above referred two judgments. 3.
