This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 09.08.2018 passed in Tr.Crl.M.P.No.102 of 2018 on the file of learned District Judge, Prakasam, At Ongole. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 09.08.2018 passed in Tr.Crl.M.P.No.102 of 2018. The Tr.Crl.M.P.No.102 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner under Section 408 of Cr.P.C. seeking for transfer of C.C.No.320 of 2017 from the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mobile Court, Ongole and transfer the same to the file of any other competent Court within the District for disposal. By impugned order dated 09.08.2018, the learned District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole dismissed the petition by recording certain reasons. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred the present revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main C.C.No.320 of 2017 was disposed on 22.01.2019. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said C.C.No.320 of 2017 was disposed on 22.01.2019 and it was withdrawn. 3 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.C.No.320 of 2017 on 22.01.2019, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE T.
