Aggrieved by the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 8, Jaipur Metropolitan, the instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred. 2. By passing the impugned order, an application filed by the petitioner under Sections 451 and 452 Cr.P.C. for release the vehicle bearing No. RJ14-CP-4229 has been rejected not on merits but on technical count that complete documents were not submitted with the application. 3. This Court finds no illegality in the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by this Court. 4. However, this criminal misc. petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application along with all the relevant documents with regard to his claim over the vehicle in question. In case, any fresh application is submitted before the (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3450/2019] trial Court along with relevant documents, it is expected from the trial Court to decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 5.
