JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of site bearing No.104, khata No.30/1, situated at Anjanapura Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk. He has made a request to the respondents to issue a khata certificate in his name and also collect the property tax from him. As there has been no action from respondent no.2, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "(a) directing the Respondents to register the katha in the name of the Petitioner in respect of the residential property bearing Site No.104, Katha No.30/1, situated at Anjanapura Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk and also accept the property tax from him; (b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. If the petitioner were to make a proper representation along with all the necessary particulars, his case would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed. Hence, the following: ORDER (i) The petitioner is given liberty to submit a fresh representation along with all the necessary particulars to respondent no.2; (ii) Upon receipt of the same, concerned officer of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike shall take an appropriate decision in accordance with law and do the needful within a period of 3 months thereafter; (iii) The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
