At the very outset, Mr. Vedant Shadangi, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would submit that the departmental enquiry, which is the subject matter of challenge in the present petition, has already been concluded vide order dated 15.06.2020. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the inquiry was initiated after retirement of the petitioner. In support of her contention, she has placed reliance on the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench in the matter of Udho Prasad Sharma v. Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. & ors. (2016) (I) MPJR-CG 61. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the departmental inquiry has already been concluded and the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy to prefer a departmental appeal, no case is made out for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
