This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the FIR No.428/2015 registered at Police Station Murlipura, Jaipur (South) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC. 2. Reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State dated 27.05.2024, which clearly reveals that no offences as mentioned in the FIR, have been found proved against the petitioner and, therefore, the investigation was concluded and negative Final Report bearing registration No.622/2015 dated 24.12.2015 has been filed before the Competent Court on 11.04.2016. 3. In view of the reply filed by the respondent-State, this criminal misc. petition is disposed of with the liberty to the [2025:RJ-JP:584] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4745/2015] petitioner to avail alternative remedy available in accordance with law, if need so arises. 4.
