ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering an FIR pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 25/06/2019, which was received on 27/06/2019 in the Office of the Superintendent of Police, West Godavari, and assigned S.No.605/CCC/Roc.2019, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents to initiate appropriate action by registering crime and to pass…”
2. Heard Sri M.Siva Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that report dated 25.06.2019 made by the petitioner is vague, and does not disclose any cognizable offence and therefore, police did not register any case.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the petitioner is at liberty to approach concerned Magistrate for appropriate relief in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
