The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order 5.2.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai in Criminal Case No. 9900 of 2023 (State v. Akash Bichpuriya and Others), arising out of Case Crime No.584 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 471, 506 and 120-B of IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun at Orai, whereby non- bailable warrant has been issued and proceeding under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has also been initiated. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
